    That's right 2nutz, thanks for clarifying, I've only used ATMs not gone into the bank. Also, I was distracted when posting, the transaction limit is $30,000, but there are times when you can only get $15,000 (actually haven't encountered that personally).

    I am a Bank of America customer and have used scotia for withdrawals without fees. they did charge me when i used another debit card. I asked BOA how to replace lost cards and they said it would be sent directly to me in Negril. I noticed NCR does not charge to use their ATM.
