Don't know about hi low but mega mart in mo bay has just about anything you would want. We stop there on our way to Negril from the airport and do our initial grocery shopping.

Mega Mart would be great, but hubby and daughter would never go for that. They want on the beach asap. I usually stock up the next day by myself.

Aww, thank you Gail. I guess I will just bring the two with me. When you're there for two weeks it's nice to have the healthy stuff. I can usually get shredded wheat there, hope they at least have that. My daughter likes Grape Nuts in her yogurt.
Heater...we were just at the HiLo tonight & they have both Cheerios & Grape Nuts...

When the kids were little, it was Kraft Dinner! Always travelled with a few boxes! I hear it's a Canadian thing, KD!
