Lol, been through several roadblocks and never one from the ganja mountain next to negril. Some times the driver is known by the police and we are on our way in seconds, some times not and it takes a few minutes to clear without any searches.....some times some Ja $ to make those times go quicker. Hell, I've even seen a TAX of 50us for allowing passage.
Those days may be soon gone. The wink..wink...nod ....nod thing is going away.
25 years ago if you drank too much in the US you maybe get a warning if you were known to the police ...try it now
