You will need to find out what actual stove (brand/make/model) you are purchasing and then ask the store to give you the exact dimensions. The hose and clamps cost a few dollars here - so that is all that you will be saving at best.
And buying new ones here made for this climate makes more sense, they will probably last longer and be less likely to develop leaks. Used, old hoses that have existed in a completely different climate connected to an LPG tank and burner could be recipe for disaster.
