I'm gonna try it for the first time on my departure.

I was thinking with the horrible winter storms we have had this year, it wouldn't hurt to be comfy should there be flight delays on the way home.

Here's a tip: They're willing to bargain on the price.

For sure, 4 of us on the way out, long line at immigration and customs so we bought it. They wanted $35/pp, I said I thought it was $30 and they said ok.

    Re: Club Mobay?

we're traveling during Easter week - Saturday to Saturday. My husband & I and our 2 "almost" adult children. I'm having a hard time deciding on whether this is worth the money for us? that's a good chunk of change for 4 people, especially if we used it on arrival and departure. Anyone traveled during this time period have any suggestions? Thank You!

Check out http://www.flightstats.com. Since arrivals are generally consistant throughout the winter check the day of the week and time you'll be traveling into MBJ to get an idea of how many arrivals you'll be up against. IMO if there are 4+ arrivals around the same time as yours, Club MoBay would be the way to go!

We used the Mobay arrival and departure service. It was a real plus on arrival as there were several flights that arrived at the same time. We breezed through immigration, and we were able to chill for a bit before our transportation was ready. The departure lounge was really nice. They had a nice continental spread for breakfast, and sandwiches for lunch. We were there right at the end of breakfast start of lunch. They made some really nice rum punches which my wife loved. They also have showers, wifi, etc for the departure lounge. If we are able to go back this year we will be using it again.

We do fly up front so we were first off the plane but arrive early afternoon when there seems to be a lot of arrivals. Didn't take advantage of the lounge upon arrival because our ride was waiting with refreshments on board. We were in Negril two hours after we landed and that included a couple quick stops along the way. On departure we took full advantage of the lounge plus were able to take care of our last minute duty free. We got our monies worth. We like it. It's a first class service. Our vacation starts and ends that way. Two thumbs up.

Bossman, when you say you took care of your duty free, did you do that from the lounge? When we were departing, the lines at Duty Free were crazy. We must have spent 30 minutes waiting to pay, 30 minutes I would have much rather spent in the lounge!

We did the arrival and departure service in Nov/Dec and were big fans. We will for sure do it again. We were at the back of the aircraft and arriving early afternoon it was a total zoo - well for everyone else. We just sailed right through. We were so fast our driver was a bit behind, so we enjoyed a cold towel and some refreshments.

Departing the airport was the busiest we've ever seen it (okay, it was only our third trip, but still). Though the lounge was actually really busy, our drinks were never empty and the food made a good meal. It is a great way to start and end a trip.

    I always do the departure.,,
As someone else said when I arrive I'm ready to go and sit at a bar on the beach not an airport lounge.

We picked up our duty free before we went to the lounge. Sunshine wasn't crazy busy. We spent a little over an hour in the lounge. We were on the keep full plan ourselves
