Bossman, when you say you took care of your duty free, did you do that from the lounge? When we were departing, the lines at Duty Free were crazy. We must have spent 30 minutes waiting to pay, 30 minutes I would have much rather spent in the lounge!
We did the arrival and departure service in Nov/Dec and were big fans. We will for sure do it again. We were at the back of the aircraft and arriving early afternoon it was a total zoo - well for everyone else. We just sailed right through.
We were so fast our driver was a bit behind, so we enjoyed a cold towel and some refreshments.
Departing the airport was the busiest we've ever seen it (okay, it was only our third trip, but still). Though the lounge was actually really busy, our drinks were never empty and the food made a good meal. It is a great way to start and end a trip.
