Fred I'm not one to judge people at all....but how do you go to Jamaica and smoke weed if you are a cop in the states and arrest people for doing that very same thing??? I believe Fred is a former cop. Is not uncommon for retired cops to partake in the ganj. There are actually a few on this board.
