I think it is awesome someone took the time to video a man receiving CPR on the beach after being smacked in the head by a jet ski and that people are actually watching it .... NOT! That is absolutely no regard are care for human life if you ask me, which you didn't but I'm putting it out there anyway. Glad his wife will always have that moment on "film".

You never see it coming ... and the next thing you know ... UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
Yeah,,guess if it was his relative he would THEN put the camera down, weak humans..
Cops standing around,,,,,a country that LIVES off the dead tourist and no ambulance,,no REAL cops,,please don't tell me the poverty thing??
In USA only a Doctor can order to cease CPR.....You never know, just continue the heart press w/o the breaths.
So sorry to hear this, my condolences to the family.
They should have continued Compressions til they got him to a doctor/hospital and maybe lay his head on the low side of the beach? God help his family

What sick, twisted human piece of garbage would stand there and film the last dying breath of someone who was just in an accident AND then post it to YouTube?
I have been reading through the different posts and the newspaper, but I cannot determine where on the beach it happened. Near which hotel? Also, I am trying to understand how far off shore the victim was when he was hit. I think I read that he was not too far from the water's edge? This is so scary and terrible for this poor man and his family. My heart goes out to his family.
In Loving Memory of William 'Bunny Rugs' Clarke, Lead Singer of Third World:
"There's a land not so far away/Where the sun keep shinning all through the day/And this land that we all love/God gave us the wood and the water/Blessed by the moon and stars above/Sweet, sweet Jamaica/Beautiful Jamaica/Everyday feels like a holiday/Sweet reggae music playing/From Negril to Morant Bay/Sweet, sweet Jamaica/Oh Jamaica/Irie, irie, irie Jamaica/Sweet Jamaica our land we love"
This is just so sad. This man and his family will definitely be in my prayers.
Tiz you are exactly right! Not that they would have helped in this instance but with all of the money that tourists bring into Negril there should be 1st rate emergency medical attention.
So Sad... RIP
