Tried to help but too late. He was gone long before he was taken to Sav. Many people stepped up to help... comfort wife (doesn't speak English), perform CPR, etc. I made sure ambulance was called but never saw it after 90+ minutes. Properties began to put out swim area markers AFTER he had died. At least 4 since then. Very sad.
