Lady Jane - I purchased the umbrella from www.portabrella.com You might be able to find one less expensive, but this one worked fine. Just don't leave it up if it is windy.
Chris55 - no worries about leaving stuff on the beach, just be smart. Karl or Johnno (Rondel security) keep on eye on things. I call Karl "the concierge" on the beach! Just ask him or Johnno if you need anything. Great guys!
Delroy and Donvan at the the same location make the drinks twice as nice! I could go for a Delroy Special about now...Thanks for sharing.

Any tips on where to enjoy a nice, family Christmas dinner. This will be my parents FIRST TIME away from their homes for the holiday. Want to make it special!
We arrived last year on Christmas Day, so I can't say for sure. What I do know is that Ivan's is wonderful and you can't go wrong there. It will be different from what they're used to for sure, but that's part of the magic. Rockhouse or the Spa Retreat (Blue Mahoe) might be nice too...
