Twice...once when I was a kid...slept in but managed to get another flight at no extra charge (good 'ol days)...second time they'd not informed me the flight had changed.
LaPurr...it's sad the driver didn't grab another driver & get your daughter to the airport on time...would have been so easy smeasy! Or,was it your daughter driving a rental car? That would suck!
