It's going to be a good trip. I raised a pile of cash for the soup kitchen in Negril. And for the bus that brings kids to school... so it's going to be a good feeling giving that aid. And when I say ONE LOVE, I mean it!

We usually have to leave for the airport around 4AM so I don't see any point in sleeping even if I could. I usually start packing around midnight. Once on the plane I put on the headphones, start my conscious reggae playlist on my iPod and catch some z's in flight. When we hit the island the sensory overload keeps me going till we get settled, but after a meal a drink and a draw I'm toast.

I hear ya, Ras.. We always have to be there at 4:00 a.m. also..Just running on fumes that part of the trip! I lose a few brain cells, But the anticipation kicks in..and I'm ready!!
