i loved my stay at sunset at the palms . . . i came back 2x in six months.
it's sedate . . . no crazy late night parties there, entertainment every evening ends at around 11.
try to get a cottage away from the road . . . ask to see the map before you take your luggage there.
it's breathtaking property . . . never minded going across the road to the beach, there is full services on the beach.
it's classy in a casual way, excellent service!!! there is no soon come.
    enjoy your stay.

it's a couples paradise . . . unassuming, private, there's a great day bed on your covered porch, wonderful nature all around, peacefulness, great food, good drinks . . . wishing you luck . . . should have no problem getting into the "vibe" . . . much better choice than mo bay.

You picked a nice place, quiet but close to everything. You will never stay at Mo Bay again after Negril.

Looking at the Groupon deal as a split vaca in November. We are thinking Tree House to get our 7 mile beach fix and then SATP to get our low profile relaxing fix before going home. This will be our first AI experience if we pull the trigger. I was reading reviews online and read that SATP has a strict "no subs" policy. Anyone have experience with this there? Also, any general thoughts about this split or experiences at SATP that I should know about. I'm pretty familiar with TreeHouse so no worries there.

This is a BEAUTIFUL property. Love it there, the food is amazing. IMO the 400 block is the nicest, very quiet room 405 has a beautiful view of the mountains. If we were to do an AI again hands down would be this property. Enjoy!!!!

Can smoke on your balcony and the beach but not at the pool or restaurant

I thought SATP was strictly a non-smoking property?
