We are staying on the beach.
1)- What restaurants will come get us in the evening?
2)- Which restaurants will deliver lunch to the beach?
Phone numbers if you have them.

I posted a question about who delivers to the beach, but never got any answers. Just about every restaurant will do a free pick up. Ciao Jamaica delivers and they have good pizza. I'm not sure if they're open for lunch though.
1) On the beach, there will be plenty of places close enough, you won't need a ride, unless you want to. If you're going to the higher end restaurants on the West End - most of those WILL pick you up for free. But ask if you have to arrange for your own ride back - is a common practice.
2) For lunch delivery - sorry can't help, I never considered it. But there are so many interesting places on the beach, I'd really advise walking the very short distance and eating there. You could easily do a different place every meal, and not eat at the same place twice.
For specific recommendations, it would help if you named where you're staying - so can help with good places close by.

No need to go for lunch. Go for breakfast and than eat beach food for lunch. Fresh squeezed juices, home made breads and cakes, cheese, some of the best jerk pork, great patties and several fruit ladies to keep you filled up. Wont want to leave your seat.

Sorry for the brief question. We have been to Negril, both beach and west end many times. We are familiar with taxis etc. A recent post got us thinking that we were paying for a ride when the restaurant would provide the ride instead.
Oh...and be aware that you will be paying for the ride back to the hotel in most of these situations.

Tahrheel...There are many restaurants who offer this service. I wouldn't pay for a taxi to any mid or higher end restaurant without first calling to ask if they offer complimentary pick-up.

I agree, the beach/vendor food is perfect for lunch

Tar Heel,
I am in the exact same boat. Been paying for cabs which is fine, but free is better. I think if you call and ask that many who don't advertise free rides may very we'll provide one to get you in the door.
Agreed on snacking during day... So much that is so good will pass right in front of you. Beachfront dining for lunch right in your lounger is livin the tropical dream.
Happy travels...
Every place delivers if you ask the right way. Any one at your hotel should be able to find a "friend" who will pick up food for you at Corner Bar, Sweet Spice or any of a number of places that locals and taxi drivers frequent. I think Sweet Spot actually does have delivery, we got if for breakfast a trip or two ago.
