Banana bread receipe

My new favorite is the King Arthur flour double chocolate recipe for banana bread. It has sour cream in it, which makes it really moist.

I'm with King Arthur on this one. I changed my mom's recipe a couple years ago and started adding sour cream. Always moist, doesn't stale.
