Delta has seasonal, nonstop Saturday-only flights MSP to MBJ, leave early morning and arrive around noon. And it's usually the same price as the longer Delta flights that layover in Atlanta. Looks like there's still room on this Saturday's Delta flight on 2/15/14.

Just looked at Delta's options - you could fly out of MSP Wednesday night to Boston. Overnight there and have early flight from BOS to JFK, and then arrive in MBJ Thursday at 1:11 p.m.

It's a lot of hassle, but I'd prefer that option to not going until Friday or Saturday!
