YES there are plenty good places. I think Xtabi is my favorite so far. Just be sure that you grab some lunch and/or some drinks from the bar (you wont regret it). They have cool caves to check out, one of which has a sandy entrance to the water. You can jump from cliffs too, or enter from a ladder, whatever works better for you.

Negril Escape is excellent for swimming as they have the nice little inlet as well as a nice jumping off spot and very nice people
I think most any place that appeals to you will prob let u use the property if u buy a drink or some food....
I have swam from Samsara, Blue Cave Castle, Negril Escape, Tensing Penn, Catcha, and Xtabi, with Xtabi being our favorite....the different levels, the caves, and the sandy entrance from the one cave make it our fav.....not counting that it was our 1st place we discovered on the cliffs to hang out....

Negril Escape's lighthouse is pretty cool, but the Blue Cave Castle's wall is also fun to jump in the water from. Both have decent swimming. Blue Cave is cool though because you can swim into a cave from the ocean and then there are stairs that bring you back up (there's also a ladder/stairs to get in from the cliff side as well).
