"sunset on the beach" any opinions?

We did a walk through there yesterday. My wife's sister is staying there for a few days and we wanted to check it out prior to her arrival. The place looks just fine. Nice rooms, good security, and the beach looked good. Very, very friendly staff. First night there is tonight, so I will report back tomorrow with some pictures.
