Hey does anyone know why Gritte is in the hospital? Is he in Sav or MoBay hosp? Many friends are concerned for his health & hopefully his partying days will continue. If anyone is Negril or Bloody Bay could you ask Binge his bro or others at original Office of Nature set back in shade on beach of Bloody Bay & post an update.

The last I heard was that he was in a motorcycle accident on New Years Eve and required brain surgery. I heard in mid-January that he was doing fine. I do not know if he is still in the hospital or if he has returned to the Office of Nature yet. Binge would know better than anyone. Hoping the best for mi friend, Gritty Mix!!
I was at the Office of Nature 3 weeks ago he was still in MoBay Hospital. I did happen on New Years Eve. Binge was going to check on him when we where there they closed the bar down that day.
Gritte is still in hospital....and will probably be for some time. He is fighting hard...but has had a setback recently. My most recent uodate was on Monday...positive vibrations for Gritte.

Update as of Sunday 2/16 Gritte health has improved, he is doing much better so keep sending your positive vibes his way as he is not out of hospital yet. Healing prayers are still needed to make sure he completes his recovery so we can all see him smiling back at Office of Nature behind the bar or sitting on a bench chatting with tourists or playing a game of dominoes...etc. If going to Negril/Bloody Bay stop by beachside Office of Nature set back in woods between Sunset at the Palms & RIU Negril & get a beer to help support these brothers. Hopefully they will both be there smiling & chatting with everyone!
I hear Govt trying to chase off all the local vendors to build another property. Does Bloody Bay need another hotel or wouldn't it be better to save some natural environment for tourists while allowing local to make a living working the beach. My only issue is locals/tourists need to cleanup trash as this is nasty looking/smelly & really bad for sealife when it washed back into ocean with high waves. I wish the hotels would focus on more environmentally friendly options (cups, bottles, etc) & encourage tourists to keep the beach clean & not litter. Pleased to see how many locals pickup trash along the highway keeping Negril clean & beautiful...Love their work!
