The day activities over, I was suppose to be at the party going on at Mango Tree!, now I am late!

I was starving by now, think I missed lunch? Anyway I ended up at Swordfish, and had the lobster mac and cheese! It is really good!
I have no more pictures from this day but I believe that I just pub crawled back up the westend road!

Ok!, so does any one remember the whole purpose of this trip? Apparently I had forgotten by now! The 10 km. run at the Reggae Marathon! Now I have trained all fall and ran a few back home, last years race I did in 55 minutes, but have got my times down as low as 46 something this fall! My plan was to run every other day while in Negril? Obviously that did not happen, one short run the first or second day and that was it!
