If 2,000,000 tourists come to Jamaica per year and spend $1,000, where does money go?

I am amazed that people think they have a say in how things are run in another country......with all the taxes in the states you would think you would have universal health care....instead of bankrupting people in their senior years because they got sick. ..... lets look to ourselves before we start managing another country.
