    LOL

They rent I pads on the plane with the app already loaded for 10 bucks. Ouch.
I don't think there is any t.v. streaming.
One consolation. Even with the extra rows, mostly taken from first class, the wide bodied 767 is more comfortable than most of the other planes like little Airbus and 737's like WestJet. Take a nice magazine or book. Our Rouge crew last month was great!
Already have the app on my iphone but prob won't use it anyways cause it would suck up all my battery and there is no way to charge it on the plane. Apparently they're working on that for the next fleet update. I'll just read a book instead. Was just asking because hubby wanted to watch the game but no live stream TV anyways so that's out too. I feel bad for families with kids....what are you supposed to do? Buy an ipad for each one?
Good to know about the seating room. Was worried the extra 7 rows would really cramp things up. Have read nothing but bad reviews on TA. Guess I'll just have to reserve judgement till I know firsthand.

Yes, I noticed there isn't anywhere to re-charge your battery which is a very foolish design. I always flew ecomomy... perhaps now they call it Rouge, cause they're "blushing" teehee

Yeah we were delayed leaving and returning. Sat on the plane at Sangster while they ran around fixing a leak in the water system.
Had wet naps in the wash room for hand cleaning because you couldn't run the water.

Westjet's smallest pitch in their fleet is 31". Air Canada Rouge is now 30" for the 767 configuration and only 29" on their 319 fleet

I am 6. 2" and did not find any difference in the seats from WestJet to the Rouge seats, I hate that stupid French name too, by the way.

The almost 8 hour flight delay because of a hydraulic leak gave me an extra afternoon in Mobay, but the 2:00 am arrival in Toronto sucked.

They handed out a card with instructions to receive a discount code, the sight only gives an error code?!

I contacted them on Facebook and was given another place to send a report, it was confirmed they received it and said it takes up to 8 weeks for them to responf! WTF

Oh and by the way this was my first Air Canada experience to MBJ, never had a problem several times on WestJet.

You might try and download to your device ahead of time. The crew although nice were a knockoff of West Jet. We were not impressed considering we paid Air Canada prices, will definitely look at other airlines for next trip.
This is exactly what happened to myself and my mother. I was pissed that I paid for an AC flight to get this step down. Seats were crammed. No TVs in seat backs, just in the ceiling over the aisle which you can't see most of the time. I had downloaded the app but it was useless. You could rent and iPad for $10. And heard that the Executive Class aspect was not very good, not like regular Executive class. As much as I enjoyed the staff, the flight itself sucked. So uncomfortable. I specifically fly AC or WJ for comfort. If I wanted to be squished up like sardines, I would take Sunwing or Air Transit.
