    Day at seven mile beach

We are staying on the cliffs, but want to go to the beach one day. Any spot better than others to throw down a towel, chill and swim? Food recommendations?

Everyone has their favourites. Sun Beach is good and has nice food; so does White Sands. Margaritaville has a lifeguard, lockers and change rooms, but food and drink is expensive. However, there's no pressure to buy anything there.
Boardwalk is a bit of a distance, but welcomes everyone. Drinks a bit pricey there.

I agree- Cosmos is a good spot. Just tell them that you will be getting drinks n food when they try to charge you the 'beach entrance fee'.

White Sands allows use of their beach? I didn't know that. I like that part of the beach.

Great food, well managed and private beach.

I've know Cosmo Brown for going on 30 years. He runs a tight ship.

Big wide beach. Beaches is next door to the South if you want to people watch.
