Ban on jet skis island wide

I hate to see livelihoods jeopardized but it was heaven on the beach without the jet skis roaring about and hustling. I hope I am not out of line, but Gail at Treehouse suggested that they should have something like trail rides on those things. Bring them back with designated loading and unloading points, and they do "rides" in specified areas as "trail rides". With speed controls et al. Gail, sorry - but you can weigh in on this - you were passionate -about it and it sounded good to me. You just can't go hotdogging all over a crowded beach on a high-speed motorized vehicle, anymore than you can with your Trans-Am down my street (I know. Trans Am. Dating myself .... you get what I'm saying). This sounds like a really reasonable compromise!

I think this is an important issue for us tourists, and I believe Gail has some good local insights!
