I used to go there when it was Sunsplash (I think that was the name) also,they had a nice cool bar there with mosaics and replaced with a boring wood bar?

The webcast was when the Chicago boys were running the place for a while. They are the ones who created the bar the way it is today, what a shame. As far as I can remember its been called Sea Splash, going back to around 93 or 94 when I first stayed there.

Yea, I agree. I'll probably give them another chance, but it will be a year down the road. Things change in Negril and that was the first time I was blantantly taken advantage off.
I have 3 places I always visit; Fire Fly, Sea Splash and Cosmos. All 3 for similar reasons, but Sea Splash lost me this trip and depending on my mood, might lose me entirely. We'll see.

The guy who has the Lobster Stand in front of Boardwalk Village makes soup every morning. I had some everyday, it's fabulous!
His name is Seymore....I told him I was gonna give him the name "Souperman", he said, ya mon I'm Souperman.
During my stay I had the Fish Tea, various forms of chicken soup, Banana Porridge- so dang good like dessert!, Peanut porridge and a couple others, all excellent.
