ATI week....can someone explain what this is?
I am always getting e-mails from some of my favorite properties that they have an ATI week special, and to book while I can....and I notice there is more entertainment options in the Negril area then (like 1st week of August)...well, we happen to be planning our next reach for then so what exactly IS ...ATI , and what can we expect?
It's Independence day and Emancipation day week.
Many Jamaicans travel from all over the island to celebrate in Negril. It's like going down the shore in the US during July 4. (or to the lake or wherever)
ok....but does someone know what the A -T -I moniker is?...

ATI is the Abbreviation for Appleton Temptation Isle. Essentially is a 6 day long party that comprises of about 9-10 day and night events. You can expect Jamaican Music, Artist and Food. Most of the Events or on the beach. here is a link for more info http://www.jamaicadreamweekend.com
