    Expired in 2009 LOL...think I'll buy some fresh stuff. My friend is still not feeling normal....what a way to ruin a trip! Not taking any chances

    Rob is right, most pharmacies carry these products. You may want to sip some ginger tea, that always settles my tummy

    Hey Dana, a few years ago our daughter got Salmonella/e-coli. This was told to us via our local health unit upon our return home. Anyways, while feeling really terrible we stopped at a little shop just across the road from Sun Beach bar. They have packets similar to Alka Seltzer and it did the trick. We were told to purchase this by a friendly Jamaican man on the beach. Also, a cook made up a tea of ginger and chicken broth and she was feeling so much better.

    I used to get a product in akumal Mexico called bactrim,believe its a antibiotic,one dose usually clears up any symptoms,my guess is you could get that in negril from a pharmacy,go to the right one and it will probably be over the counter,I brought a supply down to cabo for my brothers wedding about 40 people came down,by the 3rd or fourth day I was handing em out like m,n,ms
