A few years back I stayed several times at the Villa la Cage and if found it to be a good place at a good price. It is not what it once was as far as being an elegant place to stay but the staff was friendly and the food was pretty good. Nice little bar. I got one of the rooms right off the pool but I don't suppose it is one of the $25 a night rooms that is being offered.
