I'd subtract the rice and peas and substitute a healthy dollop of Renta yam - as creamy as mashed potatoes! Or subtract the rice and peas and substitute some good "season" rice or pumpkin rice. I like rice and peas, but only if done the "old fashioned" way where grated coconut milk is used (not coconut milk powder) and most places in Negril skip this very important ingredient. It's a bit labor intensive maybe, but there's no comparison in taste and bland rice & peas gets really repetitive and boring as heck when served with every meal of the day, every day of the week.
