Discretion is the better part of valor. Despite the fact that recreational combustibles are ubiquitous, they are illegal. Make a friend where you are staying. Gardener, lifeguard, bartender etc. Ask politely and discretely. I do not recommend buying from one of the beach hustlers. Also partake with discretion.
