SO Citronella put up a zinc wall on a cliff with no usable land why?..... I would of assumed it was others to mash up the cheap/free sunset views away from Rick's.

Restaurant? He did have his bar on their land, hence why u see a small rum bar sitting near the road on the morass side. He had to move it......

Can't say I blame the owners...
