I went on 3 cruises with my mother. They are not my style of vacation but they were perfect for my mother. We both had great times but if I was to pick, this would not be my choice. One thing we did do is have a balcony for our trips. We ate every breakfast on the balcony via room service. We never felt crowded onboard or hustled like cattle along the way. It felt very spacious. One of my favourite trips was through the Panama Canal. Now that is fascinating

Personally
I enjoyed the experience, didn't go cruising but to be on a ship so huge and luxurious, seeing what knowledge can do it's jus super magical!!![]()

That looks like a nightmare!
I think it's amazing that man can build such a huge ship.
In Loving Memory of William 'Bunny Rugs' Clarke, Lead Singer of Third World:
"There's a land not so far away/Where the sun keep shinning all through the day/And this land that we all love/God gave us the wood and the water/Blessed by the moon and stars above/Sweet, sweet Jamaica/Beautiful Jamaica/Everyday feels like a holiday/Sweet reggae music playing/From Negril to Morant Bay/Sweet, sweet Jamaica/Oh Jamaica/Irie, irie, irie Jamaica/Sweet Jamaica our land we love"
thanks Steve for sharing the pics - i did a cruise at Christmas --- very relaxing - it is amazing how large they are --- i've met some nice folks on them as well - one leaves from my hometown - just a short one - 4 nights --- but boy do we party on that ship :-)
I have not taken cruise in a long while...but there is something awesome about being out on the fantail in the middle of the Caribbean sea and all you can see in every direction is the ocean. Worth it to do it once!
Ya Mon...Heading home
10/9-10/16 @ Idle Awhile & the Zoo!
3/14-3/21 @ The Zoo
Would really love to take a couple a days cruising, looks like fun, all I had was a tour but still grateful !!!
