It looked closed up in early December, 2013 when I was in Negril. You could try these phone numbers from their website. (although website looks to be outdated with 2010 pricing information). 876-957-0090 or 876-417-6205 Please post if you find anything out. Bill and Mrs. P are very nice hosts.
We passed by in early Feb, and it looked like there was some light construction happening on the property. Maybe it will be re-opening soon, with some improvements.
The restaurant was not open when I stopped in last week. If you call Jean @ 876-417-6205 I am sure she would accommodate you.
