Never been to Negril yet but we are now getting ready for our first trip, flying out from Canada on March 15. Notwithstanding, I'm pretty sure we already have a clear understanding of the effects of "PNS". I think we are handling the "pre" symptoms well as the excitment grows but I am dreading the "post" effects.
