Very true, no winners and really this is about a "mad man" hassling tourists. We all know JA has no social programs to speak of and this guy has fallen through the cracks. So, glad the owners have been notified and hopefully the situation will be rectified.

We saw this guy in September so it has been a while as far as him being there. We are do to go back in May (cliffs) and was seriously wondering if he might still be there. Made that much of an impression..
