24 hours or so!
Well, this is the first trip in about 12 years after visiting over 30 times between 87 and 02. Taking Spirit out of Ft Lauderdale tomorrow. Kind of hoping things have not changed too much and if so, they changed for the better. Is Miss Mae of Joseph's Caves still around? Dennis of Whoopies (Hammock Park)? Garland Brown of TEDDS? How about the old man who used to walk the beach with the starfish on his head? I am hoping to see Rob. I remember some of the first live webcasts! I will post a trip report and some old and new pics when I get back.

Re: 24 hours or so!
Harry...yes, sadly Dennis passed last year & the starfish man (James) has also passed.
Miss Mae is still going strong..
Looking forward to your trip report & to reading your perspective of Negril after so many years....

Re: 24 hours or so!
I am so looking forward to seeing Miss Mae. I was zipping along once on my moped and stopped suddenly to go see Miss Mae and my friend barrelled into me on his moped. We went flying across the street and had road rash bad. Miss Mae applied some liquid on the road rash that felt like battery acid but it took away the pain after the initial burn and we did not get any infection. I am so bummed about Dennis.
