    Jiu Jitsu anyone?

I am a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and, would love to get some workout in while in Negril,. If you have any want to be able to truly defend yourself in a real fight or hoe to diffuse the situation before it happens Jiu Jitsu is the tool... I will be in Negril from the 20-26 and if anyone (women too as my wife also practices) would like a few lessons, tips, or just a good workout on the beach let me know. If you are wondering what this is just type in Gracie Challenge matches into youtube and you will be enlightened about the false hood of many other martial arts in the sense of real self defense.

Best time to start is now. Look into Renner and Ryron Gracie video on how to choose a school. Very unbiased and great info to look at when looking at places. Don't get confuse there is a difference between street and sport jiu jitsu make sure you are getting both or street .

Joe Rogan is a great guy , been lucky enough to talk to him on the phone in the past. BJJ is the most complete system of self-defense, the others are good but have major holes when tested on the streets. Jiu Jitsu always wins plain and simple. Again if you are around and see the guy with the big fish tattoo on his back and /or a jiu jitsu shirt on please feel free , always want to try to empower all to not worry when a giant walks in the room but to think ... how interesting...

LoL. I love BJJ, Numerous MMA fights prove that BJJ is not as elite as it once was. Royce Gracie proved that a man of normal size can control some of the best athletes in the world. Ronda Rousey keeps it going with her 8 of 9 wins via arm bar. Judo thrown in as well of course. Discipline vs discipline if I could only choose one, BJJ does rise to the top.

Respect and if I was in town I would roll with you.

Check out/contact the Yoga place in Negril to see if they have an interest in you holding some classes.
