    Joe Rogan is a great guy , been lucky enough to talk to him on the phone in the past. BJJ is the most complete system of self-defense, the others are good but have major holes when tested on the streets. Jiu Jitsu always wins plain and simple. Again if you are around and see the guy with the big fish tattoo on his back and /or a jiu jitsu shirt on please feel free , always want to try to empower all to not worry when a giant walks in the room but to think ... how interesting...

    LoL. I love BJJ, Numerous MMA fights prove that BJJ is not as elite as it once was. Royce Gracie proved that a man of normal size can control some of the best athletes in the world. Ronda Rousey keeps it going with her 8 of 9 wins via arm bar. Judo thrown in as well of course. Discipline vs discipline if I could only choose one, BJJ does rise to the top.
