Jiu Jitsu anyone?

All mma guys have jits in their arsenal if not they lose. To compare now is hard as the cat is out of the bag so to say and all have some BJJ background, but most top MMA guys compete in the GI still ( Ben Henderson, Diaz brothers, ect) I will say this I have met encountered many that say oh yeah if I was in there(cage, mat ect) it would be done son, they couldn't handle me... lol I take them to a free class and lets just say when a 16 year old 145lb kid destroys a 215lb plus tough guy .... well they don't talk so much anymore. Against someone with no ground fighting or submission training its like playing with a child, very humbling to know what another man can do to you and how easy it was to do done...

I will look into the yoga thing sounds good. Ronda is an animal and trains at the Gracie academy along with other top academies. Cant wait to roll on the beach even if with just the wife ...ok naughty minds keep calm lol
