Can a tragedy bring new life to beach?

it was so nice and quiet without the jetskis, we would like to see a ban on horses next, soon come

Twice this last week I saw the horses running full gallop on the beach with lots of people around..something bad is going to happen real soon..I am tired of looking over my shoulder....why can't I walk the beach without being nervous about it?

THE HORSES NEED TO GO! Running on the beach and s-h-i-t-t-i-n-g and not getting cleaned up with so many people is an accident waiting to happen.
