A little off topic here but does anyone know who the "tourist" guy is who walks up and down the beach doing bicep curls with sand in bottles as weights? Every year I see him in March and I also saw him in Dec.

He must live there part of the year I expect. When I saw him in Dec he was barely tanned. When I see him in March, he is really tanned. I think I should tag along with him and work my guns too. ;-)
