we left Peterborough at 4:15 a.m. for our 10;15 a.m. depart on feb 5th, this was the morning that mother nature decided to dump 20 cm of snow , we are stuck on hwy 401 at 6:a.m.and at a stop in Oshawa, not good, we crawled our way to the airport on time, we entered the plane on time, just about to get deiced , then the pilot informs us that the airport in Toronto decided to shut down , without my permission, after about 45 minutes, now i am not a religous man but we were the only 3 planes to leave, then the airport descides to shut down after we leave, now i am home i have some promises to keep..l.o.l.we land 1 hour late, wow,our driver, Luther was there waiting with our beer on ice, and off we go to Rooms,they had our room ready as always. got checked in and on to the beach to see all of our friends, after that sand gravity took over, we did Seastar on both saturday nites, what a blast,did our daily beach walks, had my share of fresh cooked lobster,patties, jerk pork each day, now we do not usually eat north american food in Negril, but was recommended to try Seaquest for their burgers, this guy also runs Sunset after dark on the cliffs, wow, but we had 8 people from Rooms that said this was the best hamburgers we have ever had, by the way i met with the owner, but day after day sand gravity bit in an other than Seastar on their sat nites, we did not venture too far, we did Chicken Lavish, Jah bs across the street from Rooms, which is always great, and of course the soup mon.. the jerk barrel / soup guy across from Rooms... more to come
