It's called Negril Gym and It's across from the Beach Club/Negril Beach Club Condos. Rate is $5 a day. Better rates for longer periods. Pull up "Negril Gym" in search on this forum and you'll see a lot of past replies to fill you in further.

I plan on using Negril Gym. I've lost close to 20lbs, no need to slack because I'm going on vacation soon.

I think you can negotiate a week pass with c s a....it is top notch with classes to choose from , as well as everything you would expect from a high end gym and very very nice.

Couples Swept Away Sports Complex $25/ day pass , $125/ week or $180/month. Gym/ lap pool/ tennis/ racquet ball/ squash / yoga free clinics( I am doing tennis clinic this week with visiting pro) excellent!
The gym is open air and very empty especially at night when their guests are at dinner, closes at 9:00 PM

Gail, is the visiting golf pro the same gentleman that was there 2 summers ago - stayed at NTH and worked down at the Clinic? Ended up planted on my porch with my friends in his spare time? LOL. Have not been able to come up with his name for the life of me! Super nice. Well, if so, please tell him hello from Michelle - in "A".

The CSA gym/sports complex is sweet and has many pluses, BUT - the free weights, cable machines and cardio machines badly need updating.

Just sayin' . . . . .
