As for things that the hotel can help set up, contact Kerieanne at CoCo and she can give you some great ideas. Several years ago for my birthday we had a "birthday party" with cake and also the band "got involved" during the Manager's Party. She may have a few other ideas as well. She is a real sweatheart.
