Iriechic,
I drove through all of Negril towards Sav and you wouldnt even know that any verdict had happened at all.
And speculation doesnt help at all - that terrible tragedy of that plane disappearing proves that. The poor families of the passengers, they have heard everything from it crashing near Vietnam, crashing in the Indian Ocean thousands of miles away or landing at some obscure island location, like something out of a James Bond movie. This speculation does those families no good at all. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of them.
But there was small area in downtown Kingston by the courthouse where there was some "crowd" action happening just after the guilty verdict. To exaggerate it is unnecessary. There was no "flooding of the streets" and the police quickly had the situation under control and are maintaining their presence today.
