Thanks gerryg123. The seastar website says rooms 17 & 19 are lower level, and 18 & 20 upper. I am planning on booking my stay based on their current special which does not include rooms (12,14, 15, 16), that's why I only mentioned the rooms I am interested in. I want to stay in an upstairs room. And the website does mention which rooms have king vs. double, but sometimes that changes, so I was just inquiring about the most recent accommodations.
