Beach Question???

Where is the best place to hang out on the beach if not staying on beach. We will be down next month and are staying on the cliffs but want to hang out on the beach a couple of days. We want to eat drink swim and hang out, any suggestions please???

I usually start by White sands and walk in either direction stop anywhere you get thirsty. Lots of great bars and restaurants. Enjoy!!

Do you know which hotels let non guest use their chairs?

Sun Beach. But, be sure and buy a few ice cold Red Stripes. I'm sure most places will let you use a beach chair, with a beverage purchase. Have fun!

1000 people will have 1000 answers! There are so many - get to middle-ish of the beach and go left ... or right - and when you see a place you like - go check it out - Sun Beach (great little place); Jamaica Tamboo (try the lobster pizza), Daro's has no chairs but they're really nice! Far down to the right, Cosmos - far down to the left Sunset on the Beach, and a gazillion in between. Negril Beach Club Condos; Fun holiday (you can use their pool, which is great!) If you see a place you like, just go to the bar and say you want to hang for the day - can you eat and drink and get a chaise longue and most will say "Yah mon". You might want to take a camera and get a shot of the name of a place you like so you can find it the next day! It's an adventure! If you want to go waaay up the beach, Boardwalk Beach and Our Pasttime are great! I don't think you can walk to those 2, though. They're far! Have fun and post photos of your faves! A lot of the AI's (Couples, and such) won't let you, I don't think .... but there's a whole lot more who will! Go for it!

Have a taxi drop you off at Margaritaville and walk thru to the beach. Once you hit the water hang a left and stop wherever your heart desires. Most places will let you use their loungers if you are buying food and or drink. Or hang a right and post up at Country Country. They have good security and comfy loungers, good food too.

When will this winter end! I bet when you booked, you figured the snow would be a long-gone memory - not this year! Soak up the sun while you're there, girl - I got a bad feeling about the summer we're gonna have! You may need a warm up in July (which, BTW, is an awesome time to go!).
