Agreed. It's nice to hear good news ~ and if it's from Patty ~ I'm a believer.

I believe Patty but I also smell SCAMOLA.... Reward money....So,,,I guess this guy just chases the thief and the thief just give up his take with NO fight?
So the young man just happened to be hanging on the beach,,,then Happens to take down their number & address and then Happen to find the thief who Happens to just give the camera back to him ???
The only locals on the beach are there for a Reason ???Work/selling etc....
You steal the camera,,O/K now where do you sell it?? You don't.... So you do the scam....By the way,,I guess the guy just paid for the postage himself also too, right?
They do the same thing in the US with dogs,,,steal dog, wait for reward then act like the hero.

The punchline is most of the photos were from the late-night goings-on at the nude jacuzzi at Hedonism.
This is a good story......and if Patty took the time to post it, you can believe she knows it to be the truth or she wouldn't have taken the time to post it here. Thanks Patty.....good to hear something good for a change. It's sad that some will believe the bad rumors & hear say that are told, but when it comes to something good, told by a reliable source, they want to poo poo it!!!
Getting Old Isn't For Sissy's!!
The young man is the son of a local policeman, and he is presently working at my home, - he has a full time JOB doing masonary- the person who took the camera was an older man, but known to him. This happened next door to where I live (on the westend, not the beach)and was verified by others who were there. The young man gained nothing, is of good character, simply wanted to do the right thing. On the same note, I left my cell phone on a table at the restaurant the other night and figured it was gone for good, it was returned to Kirby- my husband, the following day, having been picked up by a good Samaritan.....that's a first hand story for you.

Drinking and eating at Best in the West with my wife. She had a new camera inside one of those coconut purse things we bought on the beach. We decide to switch chairs and sit on the other side of the bar.
Few minutes later a local brings over the purse to us. I would have never seen him take it,,,,it was hanging on the chair.
We bought him beers all night........
I trust but I always have one eye open when I sleep.
