I wish I was there to support this cause. The beach was so much better in February, without jetskis!! Please keep the ban... maybe the Watersports Association could switch their focus to non-motorized sports, like paddle boats, paddle boards, kayaks, etc.

I hope this gets a lot of support and a good turn out of attendees. I would like to see them keep the ban.
At Hellshire Beach in Portmore they rent old truck inner tubes... sooooo awesome floating around on those, really takes me back to when I was a kid
I agree with the no jet skis on the beach. I was there when they went quiet, ...ahh ! We were so glad not to see the jet skis wiz by you when your swimming or the sounds they make, plus the consent hassle of "are you ready now" the fish are back and the sounds of the beach can be heard....very peaceful and more beautiful ! wish I could attend to give support .

Keep the ban forever, personal water sport vehicles are loud, dity pollutants, and dangerous! Show all the support to keep the ban this board has supported (but can not be at meeting right now). Even if you have to show them these posts with Robs approval.
Is there a website somewhere for a petiton to keep the ban in place? If not, there should be. Don't know how much weight it would carry in Jamaica, but it would be a way to let voices be heard from around the world.
