Some scotch bonnet and some garlic in a pot of water, a brave person willing to risk grabbing the big guy to throw him in a pot - I don't watch but I do love to sit down to a plate of boiled land grab. Prepared right, they are awesome. I prefer the males over the females because of the amount of meat in the large claws the males have. Sop up the rich body gruel with some harddough bread, wash it down with some frost cold beer - heaven.
